Ultraman Omega's fifth episode will feature a young girl named Miko and her large pet snake, Mikoto. Titled "Miko and Mikoto" the episode will follow Sorato encountering the pair with the episode description reading:
"Sorato heads to a quiet rural town, tasked with delivering a package Kosei forgot to send. There, he encounters Miko, a young girl who shares her life with a giant serpent that eats steel she affectionately calls "Mikoto," and her aunt, Sasako. As Sorato quickly becomes part of their lives, he uncovers a surprising secret hidden between Miko and Mikoto...!"
