Tsuburaya Productions have announced a new lead cast member in the upcoming Ultraman Omega. Actress Ayano Kudo will be joining the show as Ayumu Ichido, a biologist working for the National Center for Natural Research (NCFNR) who helps the government study kaiju after their emergence.
A lover of animals due to her vet parents, Ayumu will join series lead Sorato and friend Kosei to get a closer study of the kaiju they’re up against and hopefully one day try to build a relationship between the monsters and humanity.
