A new teaser for the upcoming series Glass Heart has been released by Netflix ahead of its release on the 31st of July. The series follows the creation and growth of fiction band TENBLACK as they rise to stardom and deal with struggles along the way. The music played by the band will be written by RADWIMPS’ Yojiro Noda with the first revealed song “Crystalline Echo” featuring in the teaser itself.
The series stars Yu Miyazaki (Mobile Suit Gundam, SSSS.Gridman, Precure) Takeru Satoh (Kamen Rider Den-O, Rurouni Kenshin), Keita Machida (Alice in Borderland, Yu Yu Hakusho) and Jun Shison (Ressha Sentai ToQger, Yu Yu Hakusho) as the lead band members. Another Kamen Rider alumni will also appear in the series as Kamen Rider W’s Philip (Masaki Suda) will play the vocalist in a rival band called OVER CHROME.
Other actors to appear will include Baby Assassins' Akari Takaishi, Assassination Classroom's Miku Uehara, The Queen of Villains' Erika Karata and Full Metal Alchemist's NaoHito Fujiki.Terrace House host YOU will also appear in the series as Yu Miazaki's mother.
The series is set to release via Netflix of the 31st of July.
